Hi Ken. The 9120 is talking bcmxcp. So you should run the bcmxcp driver.
If you have a usb connector on the ups, try the bcmxcp_usb driver. One problem with the bcmxcp_usb driver is that in the current state it does not set the ups to 'request only mode', but the serial bcmxcp driver does it.
