Matt,

Cyber Power was not supported by NUT in 2.0.3. However, it is
supported now, so you should upgrade NUT to the newest development
version from SVN. Follow the instructions at

http://www.networkupstools.org/source.html

under "Development tree". You should use the newhidups driver.
