OK glad to help.

With respect to your previous email - that nut.conf file was only an 
example and it's only relevant for a USB UPS. I did write a script that 
takes the Linux devfs ruleset (whatever it's called) and translates it 
into a devd script but I am not sure if it's going into NUT or the NUT 
port or what.. 

In any case the devd script was only for USB UPSs so not an issue for 
you I think.
