This is looking good. The HID path (UPS.BELKINStatus.BELKINBatteryStatus) that we're using is available. Bit 2 of the value reported (when converted to an int) will be set if the battery is low and bit 6 will be set if the battery is empty. You may want to run the driver in debug mode and log the lines with the above path to see what is going on. Make sure to run the UPS with some load until it switches off by itself (so don't use it to power any systems at that time).
