It says there's no Megatec protocol UPS on that port more or less.
Could you run the driver in debug mode and post the (gzip'ed) logs as
an attachment?
/path/to/megatec -DDD -a upsname
The upsname should be the name as configured in ups.conf. Please make
sure you run the *driver* in debug mode, not upsdrvctl (that won't
help us).
Also note that you're using a fairly old version of NUT. The megatec
driver contained in nut-2.2.0 has limited debugging facilities, so
you'd probably better off upgrading to nut-2.4.1. This would also give
you the blazer_ser driver, which is an improved successor of the
megatec driver.
