Please help on this topic. l have a upsation GXT 2U UPS, I want to make a programming language C + + or ... deplhi ...in windows xp , which connects the PC to the inverter via the serial port, which detects a power failure, and` show through this program and sending a `Aletris gsm modem.
what is the command to send for read ups state to ups(inverter) in windows xp ,and how to read the receive data in serail port contact me by email. thank you
