Hi Roger, Thanks for the update. However wall notifications didn't work in 13.2 too. I don't know why it should be a KDE or Plasma issue as even console wall notifications don't work because the upsd user has no shell and wall is a shell command. So the problem is that a user without shell is trying to execute a shell command. That is the real problem imho and I still don't have a solution for this.
