I'm trying to use NUT with PowerCom RPT-1000AP on CentOS 6/7
ups.conf:

Monitoring works fine, but:
upscmd -u UPSUSER -p UPSPASSWD -a RPT-1000AP shutdown.return
says "OK" and does nothing.
Meanwhile apcusd is able to poweroff this UPS correctly.
