I builded a tar via 'ant tar' and decompressed the content to a other older and was running from this new folder, where isn't the link available.
It works now...

May mapred.jar need to be setted somewhere, Grep.java doesn't set it and it is not in the nutch-default.xml
Have you run 'ant' recently? This creates a symlink named 'nutch.jar' in the top-level. Where are you connected when you run things?
