Thanks, but those pointers did nothing for the Jira browser. You may have misunderstood. I already have the svn url. I need the Jira server Base Url.

Trying to get it to work with IDEAs built in Jira browser. I have
it currently set to http://issues.apache.org/jira which is accepted but shows no issues at all.
