The default FAQ link on the search.asp page points to
http://www.nutch.org/faq.html. That page works, but redirects to
http://lucene.apache.org/nutch/faq.html. This returns a 404, and should instead
point to http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/FAQ (I think).
