Unlike other urlfilter config files, suffix-urlfilter.txt is not generated from
a template (suffix-urlfilter.txt.template) file.
I can just do a "svn mv" to rename the file, but I am not sure about the
consequences. If I have a locally modified suffix-urlfilter.txt and do a "svn
up" will my suffix-urlfilter.txt file be deleted too?
