[Nutch-dev] i wish the nutch can understand IDN(punycode)

hi, and doing a good job.

short words, i wish the nutch do understand IDN(internationalized domain name)
that made by punycode.( which starts "xn--" )

IDN's IETF_RFC numbers are RFC3490,RFC3491,RFC3492 and RFC3483.
