[Nutch-dev] HttpClient patch

I have created a patch to replace the Socket code in HttpResponse with 
HttpClient code. HttpClient will allow us to levelage the excellent work 
done by the HttpClient team. It will give use http authentication, 
https/ssl support, ntml proxy support (MS proxies) and loads more.

The new code passes the junit tests - having said that I want to add 
some more tests on this to make the test suite more complete.
