Jack,

The "plugin" source code and libraries can be found (temporarily) on my Web page:

http://www.cs.put.poznan.pl/dweiss/nutch

There is a ZIP file there, download it and unpack it to Nutch's plugins directory. If you applied the patch it should work nicely and integrate with the Nutch's build process. I'm sure John and Doug will come up with a nicer way to integrate the code with Nutch, but for now you have to do some things manually.

Sorry. I guess I missed something. A cvs update this
morning doesn't show any search.jsp in either nutch or
playground that reflects clustering. Where is the code
discussed here found?

Thanks
Jack

How big is it? I'm not very concerned about the tarball

About 3.2MB. Among libs, log4j-1.2.8.jar and

nekohtml-0.9.2.jar are

also in other plugins. We will need a common place for

libs shared

by plugins?

I agree that two copies of a library is excessive (plus one in the pre-built war file). I think we can just put these in lib/ for now.

I have since merged part of Dawid's cluster.jsp with the

most recent search.jsp.

"Clustering" can be turned on and off by a checkbox
next to the "Search" button. Default is no clustering. Here are two screen shots:
