Oh, I'm running linux. I'm not familiar enough with Nutch on Windows to help on this one. Sorry.
I know this is all being looked into but I thought I would mention that the problem manifests itself on my Linux machine too (with an update from CVS). I orgininally thought that using /tmp on Windows would be the root of the problem but fixing this does not fix it - there seems to be something wrong with the file paths it uses somewhere.
