Shouldn't things like that, <nutchSearch:windowWidth>,
<nutchSearch:nextPageImg> and <nutchSearch:prevPageImg> be defined in
the XSLT as presentation data?

Also, what is "forwardRange" for?

I'm more interested in using this as a programatic API for Nutch than
just as a backend for presentation.
