Ladies and Gents: 1. Should they not be built with the rest of the system? 2. Why do they all build when only a few are needed? These are indicated in my conf/nutch-site.xml file. Does ant not reference this file? Should it? 3. in src/plugin/parse-html/org.apache.nutch.parse.html.HtmlParser.java, the interface name needs to be fully-qualified. Barring that, the imports need to be changed not to import wildcards. This is on Mac OS X Tiger, with the latest patches and security updates installed.
