Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce mozdex.com - based on nutch and spidering right now.
We are working on the website and loading up code and doing pretty well. We have test system running at http://www.mozdex.com and it seems to be doing good. If its running slow we're probably doing some indexing, analyzing or HEAVY crawling :) I had some questions on the bots, is it OK for us to use them and for a logo as well? We will optimize our color scheme but i wanted to make sure it was "cool" Here is an example logo we want to use: http://www.pushcode.com/assets/graph/mozdex/logo_1.gif We are building our system on some AMD Opterons for backend and some XP's for JSP servers front end. Working on implementing a spell checker for query recommendatiosn in the "did you mean" and other features.
