.06 has the nutch fs code being integrated.  May want
to through some of that code to discover any changes
to design/implementation if the wiki hasn't been
updated.

The dev lists has had some "white papers" on the
initial design proposal, just not sure how closely
that was followed and what configurations changed with
the latest cvs :)
