AdSense crawls content offline and analyzes the content to display contexual ads. So it's designed for (mostly) static content. If you want to display full-blown search-term advertising on the fly, I think that's a "premium" service and you'd have to go through an account rep for that. You have to have sufficient traffic to qualify for this service. At least that's how it worked when I last worked with AdSense.
