Thank you for your reply. I was able to fix it.
Clustering was added but it seemed I had the syntax wrong. Also,
does it make a difference on "where" you add the plugin reference in
nutch-site.xml? At first I added the plugin at the beginning of the
list of includes and kept testing until moving the correct syntax to the end
<value>protocol-httpclient|urlfilter-regex|parse-(text|html|js)|index-basic|query-(basic|site|url)|clustering-carrot2</value>
