Technically you may can create these files and folder but may you do
not have enough data from the index for that.
However you can fill files with dummy data if that would works for you.

Not from the index itself, but I guess you can create the files with
any programing language you only need to reverse engineer the java
classe.
Think if this is really necessary or if you can use java for your job!

No. Take a look to the classes that implements the Writable interface.
