This was a mistake. I just moved the file properties back from
hadoop-default.xml into nutch-default.xml. Thanks for catching this.

There is no setting file for Hadoop in conf/. Should it be
hadoop-default.xml?
It seems this file is not committed but it is packaged into hadoop jar file.
