If the data is gone, then it's gone (unless you have a backup). You will have to re-fetch all pages into new segments, but if you have the old WebDB then it's a straightforward process, albeit resource-consuming, so this is not a complete catastrophe...
How does one do that?
Your main asset is WebDB, because there you have all the URLs, fetch intervals, etc. Segments are transient, in the sense that as you go you replace segment data with newly fetched data.
So, in order to recover from lost segments, you just go once more through the generate/fetch/update cycle, using your current database. You may need to use an option '-adddays 30' on the "generate" command to fetch all pages, even those that were in already fetched segments.
