Hi, 


I dunno if that works, but you should be able to use the "file"
protocol and start indexing from file:///C:/file.txt. 

Make sure the file protocol is accepted in your nutch-site.xml file,
and that it is not excluded in your regexp file (crawl-urlfilter.txt).
