Attachment for NUTCH-46 contains latest and still correct version of the
patch. It is working fine for me but it requires cygwin to work.
I am helping Jay Pound to apply this patch right now so we would get
some comments from him I hope.
We can also ask Zhang Jin who originaly had some remarks about it to
confirm if applying this patch and using cygwin helped in his situation.
I have seen some post from him recently so maybe there is a chance we
get a confirmation.
NUTCH-58 is simple and clear as you said so you can commit it without
waiting.
