Looks like your tomcat is somehow have no webcontext that response to
your request.
Verify that your have a ROOT folder in your tomcat/webapps folder.

I have an urls file and regex-urlfilter.txt file that work fine on my
personal machine that have running nutch. I am trying to setup a linux
server running redhat 9 to run nutch and am having the following
problem. I
do a simple "whole-web" crawl fine and everything seems to work. I
start
tomcat, but when I go to the :8080 port of my ip address, I get the
following error, any ideas?
Note: I don't believe that anything was added to the catalina_log
file in
connection with starting tomcat the time that it generated this error.
My JAVA_HOME variable is set to: /usr/local/j2sdk1.4.2_08 and I
believe that
I copied to Nutch ROOT.war file correctly (although I don't really
know how
to check if I did).
