newbie: recrawl

[Juan Luis de Amaya Robles]

I have installed nutch under windows, and i crawled succesfully.
I have db.default.fetch.interval set to "1", but I have no process
running on background, and i expected so.
 
nutch recrawls automatically or needs do it manually (then how) ?
