I think that recrawling is the biggest Nutch
issue. As for refetching, some time ago I did an experience and employed
the command "refetch only" (after the refetching time - in that case, just 1 day
- was over). As a surprising result, I got a much bigger fetching list
than the original one. So, unless this problem was solved, since that time
(about 4-5 months ago), I don't think this is a
solution.
