I am using Nutch 0.7.1 and I have tried TomCat 4.1 and 5.5, as well as j2sdk1.4.2_10 or jdk1.5.0_05. I am using, also, FC-3 and, very often I got the error message below, last time when I had a segment with 1.5 gigs, spoiling all my work:
An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine: # # SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x00b99462, pid=3488, tid=4643760 # # Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (1.4.2_10-b03 mixed mode) # Problematic frame: # V [libjvm.so+0x243462] # # An error report file with more information is saved as hs_err_pid3488.log # # If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit: # http://java.sun.com/webapps/bugreport/crash.jsp # Aborted [EMAIL PROTECTED] nutch-0.7.1]# Considering that this hapens with any version of Java (or Tomcat) as mentioned, any sugestions on how to overcome this problem?
