injecting URLs with '?'

Hi,
I'm indexing blog permalinks taken from a Roller Weblogger aggregator
- like how Technorati does it. I noticed that 'inject' omits URLs with
'?' - blog URLs like ?p=100 (Wordpress) and ?m=100 (Feedburner).

 How can I include these?
