I don't know what this means or language but it looks like you need to be root to install. You should likely do the java source and tomcat 5 howto's first. The java howto assumes user as root, but if another user the build environment will under that user, for example if you install the build environment as 'ken' then the build environment will be under /home/ken/rpmbuild.
