Crawling only Links

Hello,

 

i try to configure nutch 0.9 to crawl only links and build a (allmost)
complete crawldb and linkdb for a small Top Level Domain. After that I want
to index only the top 1M. 

 

Please give me some hints how to configure. Thank you.
