Fabian - blo.gs, weblogs.com's changes.xml and pingomatic should be sufficient to get a good coverage (and solid overlap) of the blogosphere. There used to be FeedMesh, too, run by PubSub, but as PubSub is long gone, so is the FeedMesh, I believe.
