I don't think there is an option to enable clusters in the RSS/XML result at the
moment. If you're talking about OpenSearch (/opensearch) URI then this is served
by a different piece of code -- the org.apache.nutch.searcher.OpenSearchServlet
servlet.
Adding clustering should be fairly straightforward copy/paste of the
corresponding code from jsp/search.jsp. A patch would actually be handy if you
have the time to write it.
