what caused this problem? how can i prevent it from repeating? can i
continue the fetching?
No way to tell what was the cause. Is it repeatable? Is there a thread
dump included in the report? I sometimes encounter errors like that
(i.e. JVM crashes) when some resource is exhausted, e.g. stack space, or
the OS runs out of file handles, or JVM hits the hard limit of kernel
threads.
