The steps are described in the JIRA issue. Basically, you need to find
the local data that Fetcher's map() operation put somewhere on the disk
- this is somewhere under ${hadoop.tmp.dir}/mapred/local/map_<jobId>/ -
and then follow the instructions in JIRA.
