do. :) I can get it out of the old patches and put in the new JIRA

Please see the discussions on the HostDB, and the issue that you
yourself created :) NUTCH-628 - this class could perhaps become an
initial version of the HostDB building tool, although I think we need a
fresh start here if the output needs to be maintained across runs (and
not thrown away).
