Querying linkdb for a URL with special characters

Hi all,

I recently needed to query a URL with a "?" character in it (for 
instance, foo.com?id=2400), to retrieve information. Doing this using 
the readseg tool doesn't return any results at all. I've tried using 
quotes around it, as well as trying to escape the special character - to 
no avail.

Is there another way I could check that this URL was indeed crawled 
(foo.com?id=blah)? Or alternatively, is there some other means of 
retrieving such a URL from the linkdb - if readseg can't handle special 
characters?
