We need more information on your setup. How did you deploy Nutch's web app? Did you copy the war file from a Nutch build into your Tomcat webapps directory? Did you change the context root for the Nutch webapp to something like "/"? When you say "where i used to see the tomcat options" where are you talking about? Was there some page you went to? Are you talking about the default page that you normally get when you go to http://localhost:8080/ (the Tomcat info page)? Which version of Tomcat? Which version of Nutch? What platform (Windows? Ubuntu? Solaris?) are you using? Which version of Java?
