If all your files without extention are text files then you can assign text
parser to such MIME type.
it should be done in the conf/parse-plugins.xml file
something like this
<mimeType name="application/octet-stream">
<plugin id="parse-text" />
</mimeType>
Not sure if it is possible to assign more than one parser to single file
(mime type) to try to parse content with one and if it is unsuccessfull then
parse it with another parser.
But if it is not possible you always has a chance to re-write (or better
write a new one) praser.
