I need an opinion about how long it takes nuch 1.0 to fetch a web site.
At the moment I'm indexing 3000 sites (medical area). university's,
clinics, hospitals, associations, journals (html, docs, PDF, txt, xls).
So far I have 5 segments (64Gb) and the its fetching the 6th.
Using an Intel 2.8 Core2Duo OS X 10.5.6 with 4Mbit internet connection
(the machine is throttled to 64Mbits during the day (8 hours)) and this
fetching started one month ago.
Does anyone have statistics of how long a site (# of pages) nutch 1.0
takes?
