A new version of I-D, draft-zu-nov3-security-requirements-01.txt has
been submitted.

The updates are based on the received comments and the offline
discussions. The purpose of the draft is to propose ideas in the hope that some
of them will be incorporated into the WG document. Comments are welcomed.
