May I assume a) , b) and c) referring to the following items? * a) No License Required for Implementers. * b) Royalty-Free, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory License to All Implementers. * c) Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory License to All Implementers with Possible Royalty/Fee.
