The NVO3 mobility solution draft (now with the name "Overlay Tenant System
Address Migration) has described NVA based solutions for various TS address
migration issues. It is relatively straight forward for NVA to send its
complete mappings to the relevant NVEs.

However, the mapping entries in NVA could change as TSs move around and changes
could be only on a small set of TSs. Therefore, it is important to have a
mechanism for NVA to send incremental updates to NVEs for the changes instead
of entire database of the mapping entries. It is too much content to be added
to the mobility draft on how to achieve the incremental update. Therefore, we
put together a draft to describe in details on how to use CSNP messages of
IS-IS to achieve incremental updates from NVA to NVEs, and to maintain data
consistency between NVAs and NVEs.

Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Abstract:
This draft describes the protocol for NVA to promptly and
incrementally distribute the inner (TS) to outer (NVE) mapping
and VN Context to relevant NVEs in a timely manner.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission
