[+nvo3 list] Well, item 3 is definitely a mistake. We went over that point at length during one of the tsvwg sessions in London in the context of another draft, so it's disappointing to see that mistake showing up again so soon (see Section 3 of RFC 2474 to understand why it's a mistake).
