Hi all,

The following draft is a replacement of
(https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-xu-nvo3-isis-cp-02) with some updates since
we co-authors now believe IS-IS WG may be a more suitable place to pursue this
work.

Any comments and suggestions are welcome.

Best regards,
Xiaohu (on behalf of all co-authors)
