Based on the duscussion at IETF 106 and following email exchange, we updated
this draft to -02 version.
There are two major changes compared to -01 version, as follows:
Remove BFD-over-MPLS-over-Geneve encapsulation. We received a comment that this
kind of encapsulation is redundant, very likely wouldn't be really used, and we
accepted that comment.
Resolve one open issue on the mapping between VAP and VNI. The updated text
reflects the conclusion that RFC 8014 allows for N-to-1 mapping between VAP and
VNI at one NVE.

This document describes the use of the Bidirectional Forwarding
Detection (BFD) protocol in point-to-point Generic Network
Virtualization Encapsulation (Geneve) tunnels used to make up an
overlay network.
