Agreed that we probably do need to respond in some way to the SIGTHAW.
Specific things that I can think of that we would want to check:
* status of connections. We've seen issues with different wireless
drivers that silently became disconnected; see
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6766807 for some
discussion of this.
* re-evaluate activation conditions.
Anything else? Would a refresh cover all of these? How much unneeded work
would the refresh involve (e.g. I don't think re-reading smf properties or
nwam config would be required)?
